Job description & requirement：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Planning and Distribution)
    • Liaise between factory and head office in Spain 
    • Sample checking
    • Price & ETD Negotiation
    • Review product's cost breakdown with factory
    • Checking fitting and confirmation sample for CFMD orders
    • Check factory's production space and performance situation
    • Check material situation and order production status
    • Inspect goods and assure on time shipment
    • New factory and material searching to achieve Company objective
    • To be the deputy team leader to train and lead team members to achieve the objectives
 
 
POSITION/PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
    • Minimum 8 years solid experiences in the business (Women Fashion shoes, Man's shoes, Kids' shoes)
    • High experience with European market
    • Strong team leading experience
    • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
    • Well organized, Detail Oriented and Timely in a business setting
    • Office and professional computer skills
    • Willing to travel
