Job description & requirement：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Liaise among merchandisers, Head office and factories to solve technical issues
    • On-line production checking
    • Work with suppliers to ensure all materials can meet testing requirements
    • Material sourcing and development
    • Company Normative follow-up
    • Clear to Wear & Safe to Wear involvement
    • Search of suitable factories for the brand
 
POSITION/PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
    • 6 years or above solid experiences in shoes production and development (fashion woman, man, kids etc.)
    • Familiar with factory operation and management
    • Good technical knowledge of shoes construction and process (fashion woman, man kids etc.)
    • Good organization and communication skills and sense of responsibilities
    • Knowledge of testing laboratory system
    • Proficient in written and spoken English
    • Office and professional computer skills
